Fun Day With Dogs At Pet Expo

This is probably long overdue but as the saying goes, better late than never!
Pet expo was just adorable. Most of the pets which people brought there were dog. And anyone would know I have a super soft spot for dogs. Any dog. Even dogs who got rabies and severely bit people and got shot down because of that.

If you read the news yesterday or the day before, you would find out about this tragic news. Two dogs were running around an area and they suddenly attacked a maid who was walking back after buying some food for herself and the person she was caring for. The shop owner whom the maid bought the food from saw the incident and tried to help by getting in his car to ram the two dogs down. But they ran away.

Just as he thought the two dogs were gone and decided to walk back to his shop the dogs came from behind and attacked him. The poor maid was severely injured with part of her scalp bitten off and one of her arms broken.

:(

The police came off course and they were injured by the two dogs as well just right before they gunned both of the dogs.

Poor maid. Poor man. Poor dogs.

I'm not saying those people who got bitten deserved it, but just that dogs are animals and if anything bad should happen to them, it's only because of their owner's irresponsible manner. Not the dogs themselves.

Come on which dog would choose to get rabies and get gunned down.

Obviously, it's the human's responsibility to care for the wellbeing and the whereabouts of the dog if he or she chose to adopt it.

It's like how nobody chooses to get mental deranged and die a lonely death. Not that every mental deranged person would die a lonely death but you get my drift.

.

Fast forward to the point, I went for Pet Expo mainly to see and squeal at the various kinds of dogs and animals they had.

Yes I'm a girl and I squeal when I see dogs.

Dog lovers brace yourselves, it's picture time! :D

Pug: "Hey girl, nice ass you got there"
Poodle: "Yer stop lying la, I think my ass very fat lo!"

Pug: "SHUT YOUR FURRY LIPS! I'm telling you the truth!"

 So cute.

Then I saw this dog at the side with her owner.
All I did was locked eyes with her, bent down, and she started jumping on me licking everything she could get her little tongue on.

Will you just look at her desperation to love me.

My friend saw this dog and got overexcited.
He wanted it because he felt it would be useful next time to have a guard dog and mop in one package.

"Mummy I think I found a friend."

SPOT THE TARANTULA.

My mid terms are coming soon and I'm probably going to be able to update this space only on Fridays and Saturdays for awhile. So hang on there!

Sigh.
Time flies like a fat magical unicorn.
You can't see it but it flies.

If I even made sense.

Boat Noodles at Empire Damansara

I went to Empire Damansara with my friends between breaks just to to find out what was all the hype on all these 'boat noodles' about.

So I went there all hyped and I found out that the noodles had nothing to do about boats, disappointingly. To me at least.

Where's the boat in my boat noodles? :(

The menu.

Cutting to the chase, boat noodles were actually originated from Thailand and is also a place that had became tremendously popular as they encourage locals and even tourists who go to Bangkok, to try it.

But in Bangkok of course it's just a small hawker shop by the street and not like the shop here which was nicely decorated and air conditioned.

So let's get down to the most important part of this discover: The price.
It was RM 1.90 a bowl.
Ya, anybody would think hey it's pretty cheap until you realise the portion, and that they encourage you to eat as many as you can.

Otherwise you'll be called a BABY.

It's not fair to compare it to the one in Bangkok, but I'm still going to let you know that the price for one bowl there is 10 baht. Which converted to MYR is RM 1.

Mhmm.

But the concept works for people because when we were there, we even had to wait for tables though it was already 3pm which was past the typical lunch hour.

The noodles were typical, had a mix of sourness and saltiness, with a hint of spiciness to tingle your tastebuds, which opens your appetite pretty well. So don't go adding more chili without tasting it first like how we did.

The little meatball halves were not always included in our bowls, resulting to people paying mostly for the noodles.

Though as we all know noodles do not cost that much.

To sum up everything, if you ask me whether it was worth, my answer would be yes... and no.

Yes to the fun experience you get competing with your ravenous friends on who can eat the most bowls. However no to the price and the quality of the noodles. You don't feel the pinch when you see that it's RM 1.90, but as you eat and realise: damn these portions are not enough, you will start feeling money conscious.

I'd say it's something I would just want to try once in my life :)

Eva and I ate 8 bowls. Venice ate 9 and therefore she won LOL. Our punishment was that we had to pay extra for one of her noodles :P

The place is located at:
G3A, Heritage Lane, Empire Damansara
Opposite Burger Junkyard.

Last Friday Night

Our mates decided to host a house party in a hotel suite. We girls were so excited we kept texting each other days before about what to wear, what to bring, to eat or not to eat before the party, and etc.

Haha girl problems.

Eva, Kristine and I before we went up to the place.
I think I was abit overdressed LOL
Well there wasn't any dress code stated so I thought just to be on the safe side, I should look my best --"

 Meet everyone else.

Then we headed to the toilet to do what was necessary in every party: take more photos.
Honestly speaking, this was the sole reason we even attended HAHAHA.
Lol I sound so uncool.
On top of that, this was the first house party I've ever attended which had free flow of alcohol the entire night.
If you ever thought you were uncool, do check again.

Couldn't close my mouth properly the entire night, so I ended up looking like laughing stock next to these gorgeous ladies.
It's the braces I tell you :( *sniff sniffs*

Look at the quality of this picture o_o
I look like a retard at the side but nevermind that.
I'm just so in love with Venice's Casio camera.
It makes everyone look simply flawless.

I tell you this is a great gadget if you're single and looking to cheat guys on FB.
HAHAHAHAHA
Jokes jokes jokes.
But on a serious note, I might totally do that.
huehuehhuehue.

Overall, it was a rather good night hanging out with all of them and being able to see all my classmates' ahem, wild side.
